CLICK HERE FOR TRANSPARENCY NOTICE 2010 PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETINGS OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE EVERGREEN METROPOLITAN DISTRICT Public Notice is hereby given that the regular meetings of the Board of Directors of the Evergreen Metropolitan District for the year 2010 will be held on the fourth Wednesday of every month commencing at the hour of 8:30 AM. In November and December 2010, the meetings will be held as listed below. The meetings will be held at the offices of the District located at 30920 Stagecoach Boulevard, Evergreen, Colorado 80439, at which time and place the business of the Board will be conducted and will be open to the public. PUBLIC NOTICE OF CHANGE OF MEETING TIME OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE EVERGREEN METROPOLITAN DISTRICT Public Notice is hereby given that the regular scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors of the Evergreen Metropolitan District to be held on Wednesday, April 28, 2010, has been changed to Wednesday, April 21, 2010 commencing at the hour of 8:30 AM at the office of the District located at 30920 Stagecoach Blvd., Evergreen, Colorado at which time and place the business of the Board will be conducted and will be open to the public.

NOTICE CONCERNING PROPOSED 2010 BUDGET OF EVERGREEN METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NOTICE is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Directors of Evergreen Metropolitan District for the ensuing year of 2010; that a copy of such proposed 2010 Budget has been filed with the District at 30920 Stagecoach Boulevard, Evergreen, Colorado where the same is open for public inspection; and that such proposed 2010 Budget will be considered at a public hearing of the Board of Directors of the District to be held at 30920 Stagecoach Blvd., Evergreen, Colorado, on Wednesday, November 18, 2009, at 8:30 a.m. Any elector within the District may, at any time prior to the final adoption of the 2010 Budget, inspect the budget and file or register any objections thereto.
