PUBLIC NOTICE OF WORK SESSION FOR CAPITAL FACILITIES COMMITTEE OF THE EVERGREEN METROPOLITAN DISTRICT AND THE UPPER BEAR CREEK WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT Public Notice is hereby given that a work session for the Capital Facilities Committee of the Evergreen Metropolitan District and the Upper Bear Creek Water and Sanitation District is scheduled for Tuesday, July 21, 2009, commencing at 8:30 AM. The work session will be held at the offices’ of the Districts located at 30920 Stagecoach Blvd. Evergreen, Colorado 80439. The Districts’ management and engineers will present wastewater capital improvement bids and costs to the Capital Facilities Committee and the work session will be open to the public. It is also noted, the notice was posted in three places within the Districts’ boundaries on Friday, July 17, 2009. click here for notice
