PUBLIC NOTICE  OF  MEETINGS OF  BOARD OF DIRECTORS

OF THE EL RANCHO METROPOLITAN DISTRICT

                     Public Notice is hereby given that the regular meetings of the Board of Directors of the El Rancho Metropolitan District for the year 2010 will be held on Thursdays as listed below commencing at the hour of 10:00 AM.  The meetings will be held at the offices of the District located at 30920 Stagecoach Boulevard, Evergreen, Colorado 80439, at which time and place the business of the Board will be conducted and will be open to the public.

NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING

                        NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a proposed budget has been submitted to the El Rancho Metropolitan District (‘District”) for the ensuing year of 2010.  Such proposed budget will be considered at the regular meeting of the District commencing at the hour of 10:00 AM on Thursday, December 10, 2009.  The meeting will be held at 30920 Stagecoach Blvd., Evergreen, Colorado.

                        A copy of the proposed 2010 budget is available for public inspection at the office of the District, 30920 Stagecoach Blvd., Evergreen, Colorado (telephone number 303-674-4112).  Any interested elector within such District may, at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget, file or register any objections thereto.  Dated October 30, 2009.
