A CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
KITTREDGE SANITATION AND WATER DISTRICT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,
and, particularly, to the electors of the Kittredge Sanitation and Water
District of Jefferson County, Colorado.
NOTICE
IS HEREBY GIVEN
that an election will be held on the 4TH day of May 2010, between the
hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. At that time, three (3) directors will be
elected to serve 4-year terms. Eligible electors of the Kittredge Sanitation
and Water District interested in serving on the board of directors may obtain a
Self-Nomination and Acceptance form from the District Designated Election
Official (DEO):

The Office of the DEO is open on the following days: Monday through Friday from
8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
If
the DEO determines that a Self-Nomination and Acceptance form is not sufficient,
the eligible elector who submitted the form may amend the form once, at any
time, prior to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, February 26, 2010. The deadline to submit a
Self-Nomination and Acceptance is 3:00 p.m. on Friday, February 26, 2010
(not less than 67 days before the election). Earlier submittal is
encouraged as the deadline will not permit curing an insufficient form.
Affidavit of Intent To Be A Write-In-Candidate forms must be submitted to the
office of the designated election official by the close of business on Monday,
March 1, 2010 (the sixty-fourth day before the election).
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN,
an application for a mail-in ballot shall be filed with the designated election
official no later than the close of business on Friday, April 30, 2010,
except that, if the applicant wishes to receive the mail-in ballot by mail, the
application shall be filed no later than the close of business on
Tuesday, April 27, 2010.

NOTICE OF
REGULAR MEETINGS 2010
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Board of
Directors of the KITTREDGE SANITATION AND WATER DISTRICT, of the County of
Jefferson, State of Colorado, shall hold its Regular Meetings for 2010 on the
fourth Tuesday of each month, except for the months of November and December,
2010, which Regular Meetings will be held on November 16, and December 14,
2010. Specific Regular Meeting dates are as follows:

All meetings will be held at the District’s
offices at the Kittredge Civic Association Community Center Dave Hahn Building
at 26499 Mowbray Court, Kittredge, Colorado at 6:30 o.m. for the purpose of
conducting whatever business comes before the Board.
The meetings are open to the public.
