NOMINATIONS FOR
WEST JEFFERSON COUNTY METROPOLITAN DISTRICT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and particularly to the electors of the West Jefferson
County Metropolitan District of Jefferson County, Colorado.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a regular election will be held on Tuesday, May 4,
2010, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. At that time, three (3)
directors will be elected to serve a four-year term.
Self-Nomination and Acceptance forms are available from Nancy Luzadder, the
Designated Election Official for the District, at 30920 Stagecoach Boulevard,
Evergreen, Colorado, 80439.
Self-Nomination and Acceptance forms must be filed with the Designated Election
Official for the District at the above address not less than 67 days prior to
the election (Friday, February 26, 2010).
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that applications for and return of mail-in ballots may
be filed with the Designated Election Official of the District at the above
address between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., until the close of
business on the 7th day prior to the election (Tuesday, April 27, 2010), if the
mail-in ballot is to be mailed to the elector, or until the close of business on
the Friday immediately preceding the election (Friday, April 30, 2010), if the
mail-in ballot will not be mailed to the elector.

NOTICE OF MEETINGS OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE WEST
JEFFERSON COUNTY METROPOLITAN DISTRICT
Public Notice is hereby given that
the regular meetings of the Board of Directors of the West Jefferson County
Metropolitan District for the year 2010 are scheduled to be held on the third
Thursday of each month commencing at the hour of 4:30 PM. The meetings are held
at the offices of the District located at 30920 Stagecoach Boulevard, Evergreen,
Colorado 80439, at which time and place the business of the Board will be
conducted and will be open to the public.
NOTICE
CONCERNING PROPOSED 2010 BUDGET OF WEST JEFFERSON COUNTY METROPOLITAN DISTRICT
NOTICE is
hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Directors
of West Jefferson County Metropolitan District for the ensuing year of 2010;
that a copy of such proposed 2010 Budget has been filed with the District at
30920 Stagecoach Boulevard, Evergreen, Colorado where the same is open for
public inspection; and that such proposed 2010 Budget will be considered at a
public hearing of the Board of Directors of the District to be held at 30920
Stagecoach Blvd., Evergreen, Colorado, on Thursday, November 19, 2009, at 4:30
p.m. Any elector within the District may, at any time prior to the final
adoption of the 2010 Budget, inspect the budget and file or register any
