MAY 2010 ELECTION RESULTS
The voters in West Jefferson County Metro District elected three
incumbents to additional four year terms as members of the district board of
directors from a slate of four candidates.
The winners are Robert J.
Zavodsky, Kelly Garrod, and Scott W. Smith

JEFFERSON COUNTY METROPOLITAN DISTRICT
Public Notice is hereby given that
the regular meetings of the Board of Directors of the West Jefferson County
Metropolitan District for the year 2010 are scheduled to be held on the third
Thursday of each month commencing at the hour of 4:30 PM. The meetings are held
at the offices of the District located at 30920 Stagecoach Boulevard, Evergreen,
Colorado 80439, at which time and place the business of the Board will be
conducted and will be open to the public.

Public Notice is hereby given that the regular scheduled meeting of the Board
of Directors of the West Jefferson County Metropolitan District to be held on
Thursday June 17th, 2010, has been changed to Thursday June 24th, 2010 commencing at the
hour of 4:30pm at the office of the District located at 30920 Stagecoach Blvd.,
Evergreen, Colorado at which time and place the business of the Board will be
conducted and will be open to the public.

NOTICE
CONCERNING PROPOSED 2010 BUDGET OF WEST JEFFERSON COUNTY METROPOLITAN DISTRICT
NOTICE is
hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Directors
of West Jefferson County Metropolitan District for the ensuing year of 2010;
that a copy of such proposed 2010 Budget has been filed with the District at
30920 Stagecoach Boulevard, Evergreen, Colorado where the same is open for
public inspection; and that such proposed 2010 Budget will be considered at a
public hearing of the Board of Directors of the District to be held at 30920
Stagecoach Blvd., Evergreen, Colorado, on Thursday, November 19, 2009, at 4:30
p.m. Any elector within the District may, at any time prior to the final
adoption of the 2010 Budget, inspect the budget and file or register any
objections thereto. Dated October 30, 2009.
