PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETINGS OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS

OF THE WEST JEFFERSON COUNTY METROPOLITAN DISTRICT

                        Public Notice is hereby given that the regular meetings of the Board of Directors of the West Jefferson County Metropolitan District for the year 2012 are scheduled to be held on the third Thursday of each month commencing at the hour of 4:30 PM.  The meetings are held at the offices of the District located at 30920 Stagecoach Boulevard, Evergreen, Colorado 80439, at which time and place the business of the Board will be conducted and will be open to the public.
